2、不便。隨著我國3G4G網(wǎng)絡的大規(guī)模商用，大數(shù)據(jù)傳送、云存儲等技術(shù)已得到廣泛應用，“移動”監(jiān)控設備替代傳統(tǒng)的PC作為監(jiān)控終端的時代已經(jīng)來臨，視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè)將朝著智能化、實時化和移動化等方向發(fā)展，使人們可以隨時隨地進行監(jiān)控，而不受地域的限制。本文結(jié)合當前視頻監(jiān)控的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和研究熱點，利用嵌入式技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡通信技術(shù)和圖像壓縮處理等技術(shù)，提出了一種網(wǎng)絡視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)解決方案。該系統(tǒng)以嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng)和ARM微處理器作為軟硬件開發(fā)平臺，采用經(jīng)典

3、的BS架構(gòu)，把監(jiān)控設備接入Inter以太網(wǎng)，通過Linux內(nèi)核提供的V4L接口進行圖像采集，將采集到的視頻圖像經(jīng)MJPEG壓縮算法處理后利用Web服務器傳回給客戶端顯示，授權(quán)用戶可通過手機或者PC在任何時間和任何地方查看多路監(jiān)控點信息，還可以對攝像頭進行圖像采集控制，保存相關(guān)的視頻圖像于本地系統(tǒng)中，以備查看。系統(tǒng)測試表明，本監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)能驗證用戶登錄信息，可以看到較清晰的實時視頻，圖像無失真、無延遲、無卡頓，支持手機和PC等多臺設備同時訪問
