3、remature ovarian failure and its curative mechanism.Methods: 80 cases were picked up from the POF patients who received treatment fromour hospital from January, 2008 to May, 2014. They were randomized into treatmentgroup

4、 with Femoston combined with Party of premature ovarian failure and controlgroup given Femoston only. Each group had 40 cases. After the two groups were treatedfor the same period at the same time, contrast the menstruat

5、ion, clinical symptoms andthe change of FSH and E2 Levels in the body of the two groups.Results: After a three-month and six-month treatment, the menstruation condition of thetreatment group was significantly improved an

6、d most of the patients in this group had anormal menstrual period again. The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 80%and 95% respectively in the two time periods which was obviously higher than that of theco

7、ntrol group (32.5%, 67.5%). Differences were statistical significance. (P<0.05) Theclinical symptoms of the treatment group were greatly improved with the overalleffective rate of 75% and 95% respectively in the two p
