3、actical translation. In view of the above points, the thesis will first argue for the usefulness and necessity to the study of Chinese political texts translation, and then theoretically explores the correlation between

4、political texts translation and ideology, patronage, and poetics respectively. With focuses on the detailed analysis of abundant examples, the application of manipulation theory to C-E translation of political texts main

5、ly embodies in the selection of political texts, the production of political texts translation and the guidance of the reception. By employing the application of manipulation theory to C-E translation of political texts,

6、 the thesis has special theoretical significance not only in the field of Chinese political texts translating practice, but also in the aspect of applying the manipulation theory to the practical translation. The detaile
