5、 It has caused serious environmental pollution and energy shortage. Faced with this severe situation, the whole world has turned their attentions to the new energy, hoping the new energy can overcome the problem caused b

6、y combustion of fossil fuel. Conventional source of energy with high energy- consumption, heavy pollution and poor efficiency has not satisfied the development of Guangxi, Guangxi should take this opportunity to improve

7、the level of economy. Guangxi has rich renewable energy resource and excellent condition, new energy such as solar energy, wind and biomass energy remains to be exploited. The development of new energy industry not only

8、ensures the sustainable energy supply and the harmonious development of society, but also has a very important practical significance and strategic significance for the realization of the Twelfth Five-year plan and long-

9、range program me of Guangxi national economy and social development. On the basis of the research on new energy industry, this paper uses Granger causality test and SWOT analysis to analyze the necessity, urgency and fe

10、asibility of developing new energy industry, and uses the Grey prediction model GM (1, 1) to study the structure of energy consumption in Guangxi. Using the experience of successful development of new energy industry at
