4、ntawerestudiedonQuantitativeFluescentRTPCR.Basedonpregnancyoutcomesthesubjectsweredividedintopreeclampticgroup(4severe6mild)gestationalhypertensiongroup(12cases)healthynmalpregnantgroup(22cases).Atthesametimefifteenhealt

5、hynopregnantwomenwereedasnonpregnantgroup.Results：Thelevelsofmaternalplasmaleptinonnmalhealthypregnantgroupwereelevatedwiththedevelopmentofpregnancy.Thelevelsofleptininpreeclampsiaweresignificantlyhigherthaninhealthynmal
