4、ts，14werefemale，22weremale28wereHannationality，8wereminityethnicgroup；27patientswereinthestageofⅢⅣ22patientweretreatedwithchemotherapyalone.12patientsweretreatedwithchemadiotherapy1patientwastreatedwithradiotherapyonly.A

5、fteroperation1patientdiedofsepticshock.Afterthefirstlinetreatmentthecompleteremission(CR)ratepartialremission(PR)ratewere36.1%(1336)36.1%(1336)respectively.Medianageofthewholegroupwas13.5(ranged0112)yearsold.The5yearsurv

6、ivalratewas41%.4patientstreatedwithautologoushematopoiesisstemcelltransplantationafterachieveingCRPR.KaplanMeieranalysisdiscoveredthatadvancedstage(stageⅢⅣ)、LDHelevated、marrowinvolvement、Bsymptomwerebadtoprognosis，butCox
