5、eAnalysiswereusedtostudytherelationshipbetweenzooplanktondensitybiomassspeciesnumberthewaterqualityfactsinShahuLake.TheresultscouldprovidethebackgroundinfmationfthestudyoftheecosystemstructureinShahuLakeprovidebiological

6、referencesbasicdataftheShahuLakeeutrophicationcontrolrationalaquacultureenvironmentalassessmentprotection.Theresultsofthisstudyareasfollows.1.35speciesofzooplanktonwereidentifiedinShahuincluding23speciesofRotifera8specie

7、sofCladocera4speciesofcopepods.Theyear’saveragedensitywas427ind.Ltheyear’saveragebiomasswas0.901mgL.Spatialtempalchangesinthespeciescompositionofzooplanktonwereobvious.Rotiferswasdominantinthespeciescompositionwasmainlys

8、peciesineachsamplingpointsthefourseasons.Therewere8Commonspecies9dominantspeciesofzooplanktoninShahuLakeallofwhichwererotifers.Halfofthedominantspeciesweretypicalindicatspeciesofeutrophiclakes.TheannualaverageofShannonWi

9、eaverspeciesdiversityindexMargalefspeciesrichnessindexevennessindexhadlittledifferencesineachsamplingpointbuthadobviousdifferencesinseasonalvariation.ShannonWieaverspeciesdiversityindexwasthehighestinwinter(2.855)thelowe

10、stinspring(1.696).Margalefspeciesrichnessindexinspringwasthehighestinspring(2.016)thelowestinautumn(1.686).Theseasonalvariationofevennessindexrangedastheder:wintersummerfallspring.Theevennessindexinspringwasabout2timesme
