2、;韋爾森建筑事務所</p><p>　　荷蘭媒體機構的辦公樓被很適宜地放置在希爾弗瑟姆“媒體公園”的邊界上。由于與周圍自然環(huán)境的和諧關系以及完美的材料與細部處理,整個建筑散發(fā)著一種宜人的寧靜而安詳?shù)臍庀ⅰＴO計圍繞著3個主題展開——地段的自然特質,建筑與其周圍的環(huán)境、建筑使用者與景觀的關系。建筑盡可能的吸納著周圍的景觀，并使自身從屬于地段的斜坡地形以及現(xiàn)有樹木。伸長部分的屋頂曲線隨著地段斜坡的曲線由路面向下延展。內

3、部的庭院天井，圍繞著一些保留的大樹。懸挑于主入口之上的巨大屋頂上也開了些洞口，以利于樹木的生長。建筑的走廊沿著兩個長向立面設置，在不同樓層上略有不同。辦公室通過與立面垂直的二級通道連接。當人們經(jīng)過走廊的時候，墻面上的洞口與大面積的玻璃可以讓人領略到周圍的景觀環(huán)境。與之形成對比的是，工作區(qū)域都朝向著精心設計的庭院。與金屬和玻璃組成的整潔的外立面不同，朝向內院的立面是一種由錯落的開窗、石墻與多種色塊組成的特別的組合。</p>

8、></p><p>　　20世紀末，建筑學對現(xiàn)代主義的再思考，提醒建筑師回歸研究自然表現(xiàn)結構和建造邏輯。建筑設計不斷尋求掙脫技術的束縛，同時也應尊重所運用的技術本身。飛亞達高科技大廈工程設計啟動伊始，建筑師在造價經(jīng)濟功能合理的基礎上表現(xiàn)理性，務實的企業(yè)文化，與投資方達成共識，提出“適度技術與本質設計”的設計理念。</p><p>　　大廈位于深圳市高新技術產(chǎn)業(yè)園南區(qū)的東北端，緊臨深南

9、大道，地上20層。建筑面積6.8完平方米，地下3層。1-4層位辦公大堂、會議展覽等；5-15層為標準層，每層面積約3500平方米研發(fā)基地；16-20層位辦公空間。</p><p>　　建筑與場地的對話、與城市設計的銜接是建筑主空間形態(tài)的設計契機。大廈東北面與城市立交橋相臨，北面為深圳交通主動脈深南大道，但無機動車開口；南為科技園區(qū)內部路，設主入口。西為規(guī)劃中的地鐵口與商業(yè)廣場，相望的是TCL總部，我們將西向定為該

10、建筑內部空間與城市對話的主要方位，設有700平方米的底層雙向高架空，可進入式綠化，并在建筑內部布置開放性公共空間，貢獻市民，尊重城市規(guī)劃，同時完善城市設計。</p><p>　　總圖嚴格人車分流設計，機動車在東南面合理組織，保證南部綠地與公共入口的步行性；大堂緊湊高效，與南面開放性公共空間流動呼應，形成大廈內部空間性格基調；平面以簡潔的長方形為主調，在有序的控制下，結合功能設置；1，東西兩面均設置辦公空間內的通高

11、中庭，以提高辦公環(huán)境品質；2，避免西曬，設置了系列空中花園與屋頂花園。</p><p>　　基于建構技術為鋼筋混凝土結構體系，本工程設計摒棄對鋼結構的無益模仿，直接表現(xiàn)鋼筋混凝土結構的支撐體系，如剪力墻筒體、不同于鋼結構體系的梁跨比。追求忠實與質樸，在玻璃從構成建筑之眼演變?yōu)闃嫵山ㄖつw的今天，中國建筑外墻始終存在兩大挑戰(zhàn)；低價的玻璃幕墻挑戰(zhàn)節(jié)能效率，雙層表皮或帶遮陽體系玻璃幕墻則直接挑戰(zhàn)項目投資額。環(huán)顧四周，太

12、多的簡易幕墻，夏抵酷暑冬抗嚴寒，虛假地表達所謂的高科技理念。該工程部主張依賴幕墻，還原建筑本質設計；針對深圳地區(qū)炎熱氣候，設置混合式或者說不完全式的雙層表皮的外墻構造，營造通風遮陽功能，并以此具有良好的降低熱輻射功能的外墻構造形態(tài)統(tǒng)一復雜的內部功能，以求大體量形體給城市一種簡約與寧靜。</p><p><b>　　英文原文2</b></p><p>　　PROPER
