3、ertodetectthedifferentexpressedproteinsbetweennmalcucumbervirescentmutantthenidentifypartsofproteinsusingthemassspectrometry(MS)technologylookfwardtodiscoveringproteinsthatmayconcernwithaetiolation.Accdinglytheexperiment

4、wassettledthefoundationofmoleculemechanismofthevirescentmutantincucumber.Methods:Bothnmalvirescentmutantcucumberplantsweregrowedunderthesameconditions.Theleavesfromthefirsteuphyllatothesixthwerecollectedwhentheywereprese

5、nt.Followingboththenmalthemutantsampleswerequickfreezingthoughtheliquidnitrogenthenpreservedat70℃freezer.ThetotalleafproteinsofthetwosampleswereextractedbyTCAacetonemethodafteraccuratelyquantitating，analysedbytwodimensio

6、nalelectrophesis(2DE)scannedthegelsofgoodrepetitiveness.SubsequentlyprofessionalPDQuestsoftwarewereappliedfanalyzingdetecting.DifferentexpressedproteinsofbothmaterialswerefoundoutthenanalysisbyMALDITOFMSatlast.Resultscon

7、clusion:Theproteomicapproachtoidentifyproteinsthatpotentiallyinvolvedinnmalvirescentmutantcucumberleaveswereestablishedprovidethetechnologyplatfmftheproteinresearchinplants.Bytheanalysisofsoftware63proteinsexitdifference
