5、re teaching staff. However, there is no more systematic research for beginning-teachers in current research on teacher evaluation. Through analyzing and learning from the research on beginning-teachers evaluation,this pa

6、per investigats the status of beginning-teachers evaluation in Shinan Districts of Qingdao by using the method of questionnaire and interview, finds out the existing problems and puts forward the thinking and suggestions

7、 for improvement on the evaluation’s purpose,standards,channel,subject,method and guarantee mechanism, etc.,,It hopes to be able to provide some realistic basis for the region's beginning-teachers evaluation, and pro
