2、 design materials, both from the aesthetic aspects of design, or from the design aspect of the cultural meaning for modern designers to learn. In modern design, graphics, color and text formed

3、 together modern design three basic and most important design elements. Graphic elements used in the design is very extensive, especially in the order based graphic design for print, the graph

4、ic elements to rely on its rich visual language, subtle cultural expression, as well as a strong visual impacting to be as graphic design preferred element, and favored by the designer. Miao

5、traditional pattern is a graphic symbol, for the use of graphic design, in which the main consideration is the Miao traditional designs that contain a strong traditional Miao culture, followed

6、 by the Miao traditional patterns will be considered symbolic. Therefore, according to the design features of modern graphic design, and the development trend of modern graphic design, research and ana

7、lysis of Miao traditional patterns in modern graphic design is very valuable. Papers from several aspects of Miao traditional animal and plant pattern and modern graphic design contact are related

8、 research and analysis. First of all, the problems in the development of Miao traditional pattern are analyzed by the papers and proposed objectives, content and methods. Second, the Miao trad

9、itional pattern are described historical background and development status. Third, the animal and plant patterns of the Miao traditional patterns are analyzed, and used modern color aesthetics and

10、 design aesthetic to analyze the aesthetic characteristics of animals and plant pattern. Fourth, semiotics principles of the Miao traditional pattern are discussed and the relationship of graphic

11、 design, including the necessity and approach of the Miao traditional patterns in modern graphic design application and the value of its graphic design in the modern. Fifth, the Miao tradition

12、al pattern of the in the modern are analyzed the inheritance and development, and the views are proposed. Modern graphic design is communication between people as a social form. It can be see

13、n as the material form in the social life, and use the material form as a carrier to convey the invisible spiritual and cultural core. The relationship between the humanities and design culture

14、 are inseparable. The humanities is the origin of design culture, in the symbol existing a variety of human thought and emotion, and the design uses the form of symbols to spread the human
