1、一，、j；憎i，’。、：掣摘要隨著改革開放的不斷深入和我國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展，人民生活水平不斷提高，“我國(guó)人民群眾健康”成為社會(huì)主體的意識(shí)流，“花錢健身’’日趨成為時(shí)尚。雙休日的出現(xiàn)，使我國(guó)居民在休閑娛樂的時(shí)間上得到了保障，為業(yè)余網(wǎng)球的開展提供了發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。西方業(yè)余網(wǎng)球文化的影響和《全國(guó)健身綱要》的頒布實(shí)施為中國(guó)業(yè)余網(wǎng)球的開展提供了推動(dòng)力。1992年，中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院頒布了《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的決定》。該決定把體育產(chǎn)業(yè)劃分第三產(chǎn)業(yè)

2、的第三層次，確定了體育產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，并作為發(fā)展業(yè)余網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的政策性依據(jù)，從而為業(yè)余網(wǎng)球產(chǎn)業(yè)的形成發(fā)展起到了決定性作用。目前我省網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)普及的速度非常迅速，在全省人民生活水平大幅提高的今天，人們除了物質(zhì)生活的需求，更需要精神生活的豐富，有更多的人樂意參加體育鍛煉，很大一部分人選擇了網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目，成為業(yè)余網(wǎng)球俱樂部的最大消費(fèi)群體，這些群體都有助于業(yè)余網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目在宜春市的蓬勃發(fā)展。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和實(shí)地調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等

3、方法，查閱了大量文獻(xiàn)資料，結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)查，對(duì)宣春市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球俱樂部管理人員進(jìn)行訪談，分析宜春市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球俱樂部的發(fā)展規(guī)模和速度，統(tǒng)計(jì)分析宜春市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球俱樂部的場(chǎng)地結(jié)構(gòu)和場(chǎng)地利用、消費(fèi)群體、業(yè)余網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)人才的就業(yè)人數(shù)、培養(yǎng)人數(shù)等。并且對(duì)宜春市現(xiàn)有的13個(gè)場(chǎng)館收集到的一些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較分析，探討俱樂部的發(fā)展在政策影響下的未來走向。并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況提出解決問題的對(duì)策與建議。關(guān)鍵詞：宣春市；網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)館：經(jīng)營(yíng)；管理J(，≮09：；，Ba％i≈，套≯。，o卜“
