3、．Methods: The serum levels of TNF-α and TNF-βin 51 healthy subjects and 87 cases with lymphoma pre and post chemotherapy were measured by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) respectively. Results：Serum level of TNF-

4、α was significantly higher in patients with lymphoma than control group, and post-chemotherapy group was lower than that of the pre-chemotherapy group( P 0.05).Serum level of TNF-β was significantly higher in patients wi
