3、tion scale. In accordance with the microeconomics, there are two ways for the enterprises to seek higher profits, increasing the product price or lowering the product cost. Therefore, the real estate companies in the age

4、 of meager profit give priority to the cost control, as the cost control has a direct influence on the ups and downs of each development project. This paper starts with the characteristics of realty

5、 exploitation and management and the cost structure, analyzes the factors influencing the cost of realty development and discusses the methods of realty cost management systematically and synthetic

6、ally from the organization pattern of realty projects and the cost control in the course of development. Finally, the cost control theories are supplemented by combining the cases of realty development. This paper

7、falls into five parts: Part One: the current status and characteristics of China's realty industry are introduced, the cost and expenses of the realty development are discussed, and various factors th
