6、易時繳付之購買價余額，并為所有本約項下之金額開發(fā)有效收據(jù)。已繳付予該代理人ManagementAgreement(ifany)respectivelycontainedhavebeenobservedcompliedwithuptothedateofcompletionofthepurchase.(8)此物業(yè)出售和轉(zhuǎn)讓是依照現(xiàn)有之公眾通路權(quán)和其它權(quán)利和特權(quán)地役權(quán)和類似地役權(quán)和公眾權(quán)益之各種限制及官地租契或批地條款(如有的話)所列條款之規(guī)

7、定，買主并須承擔繳付將來政府地稅及補地價用(如有的話)及享有公眾通路權(quán)地役權(quán)特權(quán)和從屬權(quán)及依據(jù)和擁有以上章程內(nèi)所述之樓宇公契及管理協(xié)議(如有的話)等規(guī)定的權(quán)益。ThePropertyissoldwillbeassignedsubjecttoallrightsofwayotherrightsprivilegeseasementsquasieasementspublicrights(ifany)affectingthesametoallre
