23、員管理制度一、一、公司維修保養(yǎng)服務(wù)制度:公司維修保養(yǎng)服務(wù)制度:維修部對(duì)本公司客戶實(shí)行24小時(shí)服務(wù)制。其中8小時(shí)正常工作時(shí)間針對(duì)用戶需要實(shí)行定點(diǎn)定員保養(yǎng)方式,其余時(shí)間實(shí)行緊急招修服務(wù),絕不推遲怠慢,維修部員工針對(duì)客戶不同梯種維保內(nèi)容,嚴(yán)格按公司維修保養(yǎng)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成,維修部經(jīng)理將直接參與維修保養(yǎng)質(zhì)量指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督及檢查工作,并按客戶要求不斷提供完善服務(wù)。所有維修員工必須一絲不茍地工作,對(duì)維修結(jié)果、故障原因、排除故障方法、防止發(fā)生措施,一一記錄備
